Easy Returns & Exchanges
I want to create something that you will love! If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days after receiving your item. I will do my best to work out a solution and depending on the situation, issue a refund, exchange or store credit (shipping costs are not refundable.) Please insure your return (equal to the purchase price.)
Refunds (minus shipping costs) will be issued after I receive your returned item. Items must be returned in unused condition in the original box and safely packaged and insured. Please provide tracking number of your return, as this will be used as your Return Authorization Number.
Any custom designed piece is not eligible for return or exchange. I always aim to create the piece as requested and work to maintain great communication during the creating process (emails, photos of process, sketches, etc.) of custom orders to ensure you are happy with the final piece.
If an item breaks long after you've received it, I will be happy to repair it (shipping will not be reimbursed and sometimes I cannot repair if damaged beyond my ability to repair.)
Please let me know what needs to be repaired and send a photo of the damaged piece to email@example.com with your contact information. I will do my best to repair your piece. Just send me the item back and I will repair and ship it right back to you! If your piece cannot be repaired, I will contact you with alternative options. No refunds will be issued to damaged pieces.
Please send items with insurance and tracking number as this will be used as your Return Authorization Number.
