Hello! My name is Danielle Cadef, and I’m a designer and manufacturer of sterling silver and mixed metal jewelry in the form of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches and rings.

I am fascinated with the ways in which people adorn themselves. Creating wearable art using materials from anywhere and everywhere lets me connect with people of different cultures.

Each piece is unique in its design but a common theme is always present, if not immediately noticeable. I am self-taught mostly, apart from a few night classes at a local gem & mineral society. I have a collection of jewelry making, silversmithing and goldsmithing books that I draw most of my teachings from. You’ll find my jewelry here and you can follow me on Instagram where I document my progress and other jewelry related musings.

Danielle Cadef Designs is committed to the adornment of those that appreciate individualism. Each piece is created to be an extension of the wearer. The inspiration for each piece is connected to nature and its gifts. They serve as a reminder to appreciate and respect what nature has given us .

Each jewelry collection utilizes recycled metals (when possible), unique stones, recycled gemstones and materials that are sustainably sourced. Materials consist of sterling silver, gold, copper and brass; precious and semiprecious gemstones, pearls and mother of pearl. Her designs are inspired by textures and shapes found repeatedly in nature.
